INFOSYS ONLINE provides state-of-the-art solutions in the field of communication. Today they often look completely different than traditional solutions. Especially our development partnership with manufacturer Avaya enables deep integration with call center applications around the Avaya Aura Contact Center (AACC) from Avaya via all available interfaces (CCT, CCT OI, CCMA OI, HDX, RTD, ...)

The strategic cooperation with ETK networks solution GmbH in Dornach, but also with other distributors for communication technology, enables us to deliver complete ready-to-use solutions for large call centers and organizations, from the assembly of terminal devices to process consulting.
